Employees should be able to rate supervisor's performance

If the VA is serious about improving the way they do business, then a performance system should be developed on supervisor's performance. Each employee will fill out a performance survey on their supervisor and it will be given to the supervisor's boss or maybe a higher authority. Working with ineffective leaders is detriment to the office morale and work productivity. Supervisors, Section Heads, Directors need to be held accountable!
